Covering four continents, the 19-strong, round-the-world Uncle Ben's and Dolmio range of ready to use cooking sauces is based on recipes from Italy, Far East, India and the Deep South.

Our chef for Uncle Ben's and Dolmio, said: "Offering globally-inspired options is no longer the exclusive territory of specialist restaurants, and, with a growing awareness of different cultures and nationalities, there is far more scope for the foodservice industry to profit from this growing trend.

"However, a lack of ethnic cooking skills and pressure to produce healthier choices can leave operators struggling to meet demand. Our rich, new recipe sauces enable caterers to dish up some of consumers' favourite cuisines in a jiffy, with the quality expected from two respected brands."

The Uncle Ben's and Dolmio range of ready to use cooking sauces offers a quick and easy way to spice up every type of menu, whether caterers require a healthy, finished stir fry, curry or pasta sauce or a base for their own recipes and creativity.

Each one can be used straight from the jar, hot or cold, as a marinade, dip, sandwich filling or jacket potato topping, helping caterers save on the cost of buying a mix of products.

Each sauce is:

• RD salt compliant for 2012
• Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives
• Gluten-free with no GM ingredients or added MSG
• HFA-approved for Halal diets

Sizes: Each 2.2-2.54kg jar delivers 25-30 portions as a culinary sauce, 50 plus portions as a dip and 75-100 portions as a filling.
