Cowboy Style Pork 'n' Beans
with UNCLE BEN'S Hickory Smoke Barbecue

300 g Celery, Chopped
950 g Cooked Haricot/pinto/white Beans
950 g Cooked Pork Sausages, Cut In Two On An Angle ( Spicier The Better! )
500 ml Meat Stock Or Water
300 g Onion, Chopped
300 g Streaky Bacon, Diced
90 ml Vegetable Oil
900 g UNCLE BEN'S Hickory Smoked Barbecue
Method
 
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and celery for approx.

5 minutes.

Add the diced bacon and the sausages continue to cook until lightly browned.

Add the UNCLE BEN'S® Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce and stock or water, cover and simmer for approx.

5 minutes.

Add the beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes then serve.
