150 g Button Mushrooms
150 g Carrot, Diced
65 g Celery, Diced
300 ml Cheese Sauce
150 g Courgette, Diced
100 g Grated Cheddar
12 Lasagne Sheets
10 ml Olive Oil
150 g Onion, Diced
1 kg DOLMIO Lasagne Red Sauce
1 kg UNCLE BEN'S Texan Barbecue
Method
Heat the olive oil and sweat the onion, celery and carrot without colour. Add the courgettes and button mushrooms and cook through. Add the DOLMIO Lasagne Red sauce, heat through and simmer for 10 minutes. Layer the vegetables in a serving dish and cover with lasagne sheets then repeat the process. Finish with cheese sauce and grated cheddar. Bake in a medium oven until cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
